my chihuahua dog has one nut that hasnt dropped could it be cancer later on in his life?

hello i got this chihuahua about a year ago and a friend told me that since my dog has a ball that hasnt dropped it could end up being cancer later on,is it true???what are the chances of this hes 2 years old hes healthy.i just got him the 2nd year of his life.i feed him organic goat,rabbit and beef and he gets only the best im worried about my son!!im his mother!!!i wuuuuuuuuuvvvvvvvvvvvv himmmmmmmmmmm

A dog which only drops one testicle is called a monorchid. This is a genetically transmitted characteristic and because of this, most breeders would recommend neutering. Being monorchid can lead to cancer.
