Leash Red
Is it bad taste to colour a cat a different colour from time to time?
I have a friend who likes to put clothes on her cats.
2 cats are leash trained, & they go for a walk every morning.
One of the cats is an all white short hair. Once i met her while I was jogging, and this cat had red, pink, blue & yellow polka dots in her fur & wearing a tutu. Another time she coloured the whole cat pink, not just a pastel pink – but a very loud Hot Pink.
If she was using vegetable-based dyes that are safe to use on animals, I don’t think it’s -that- bad. It’s silly, and you’d think she’d have a better hobby, but if the cats allow it and aren’t getting sick, I don’t think it’s cruel.
Personally, I’ve thought it’d be funny to dye my cats for a holiday, but I know they’d probably scratch me something awful if I tried. 
So, it just stays one of those things that I like to joke about doing, but never actually will do.
